Peter, I usually shoot in M mode once aiming the flash, until shooting
in daylight being able to achieve decent shutter speeds at desired
aperture when flash is needed to fill-in only.
Do you mean setting flash exp. compensation accordingly (about + one
stop when wite is taking large portion of the image) ?
But that, bearing in mind I'm metering in ETTL off the bride's face
(AF sensor is over her eyes), I may end up with flash overexposure of
her face. Am I wrong ?
