Hi, It seems to some pro (film) bodies (like Eos 1 & 3) have super fast AF on the middle focus point if the lens is 2,8 or below. Is this true?
How is this with digital bodies. Is this only on the 1D(s)? Does this justify investing in L Lenses 2,8 or below? In other words how big in % is the AF speeds with an Eos 1 and a 2,8 or an 5,6 lens.
