Their shop is what's called a brick and mortar shop. It cost big bucks to have this on what's called real estate. How can you even ask them to match a mail order place? They provide what's called service and help by a real person that lives and works in your neighbourhood. If you're not saving more than a few bucks, you might reconsider buying at such a shop.
