Their shop is what's called a brick and mortar shop. It cost big bucks to have this on what's called real estate. How can you even ask them to match a mail order place?
I dunno. B&H has a 35,000+ sq ft retail store plus office space and warehouse space in mid-Manhattan. That's <called real estate> where I cone from.
They provide what's called service and help by a real person that lives and works in your neighbourhood.
