I'm interested too. I have a D30. Would the Digial Rebel be a step up, or a lateral move?
Step up for resolution, but a major step down for features and user interface. The digital rebel is basically a Rebel 2000 with the digital capture part of a 10D. It doesn't allow all the adjustments of metering, focus mode and other controls that a user of a more advanced camera may be used to having control over. I feel the 10D is similar in features to the Elan 7.
