I own the 100-300 USM and i've recently seen a photo by a friend, taken with the 75-300 IS . It was way sharper than any of mine taken with the 100-300 USM.
Is the 75-300 IS considered generally sharper than the 100-300 ? Does the micro-USM make it slower to focus than the 100-300 ?
