Gerard,

I send this as a private mail to you because for some strange reason I cannot send
mails to the eos list. If you like you can forward it.

This topic has been heavily discussed in the BreezeBrowser forum lately. So much that
I started to make a gallery template for online ordering. It seems to be well accepted
so far.

BreezeBrowser is a nice program which you may already have heard of or even own. I
think it's a must-have for anyone with a digital Canon camera. Anyway this tool can
generate web galleries with absolutely no efforts. All you have to do is to upload the
files somewhere and wait for the orders to come in.

The good thing is, that you have full control (layout, style, pricing, shipping) and
you don't have to upload all fullsize images to a printing service (which can be a
lot!). Plus you don't pay a fee for that.

The downside is that you are responsible for sending the images to a printing service
and do the shipping. In fact this is an advantage for many photographers because they
can send the correctly cropped and sharpened images to the print service plus they can
offer a pickup service (where the client doesn't have to pay for shipping).

For a quick overview scroll down to the 4 example galleries and see what I am talking
about:

BreezeBrowser is cheap and the EOS template is free. Of course donations are welcome.
:-)

HTH,
