Beside the parameters you mention, it also depends on Aperture! All these
parameters give you the depth of field. So take a look at a (online) depth
of field calculator and fill in some typical values. You'll see what
happens - the smaller the aperture (bigger number), the bigger the DoF
(upto infinity)...
