Is there ANY way for a non-US citizen to claim this tax back?
BTW I fully endorse B&H - even when ordering from South Africa, I've never
had any problems whatsoever. My only gripe is that it takes longer for my
parcels to travel from Joburg to Durban inside South Africa (7-20 days) than
what it takes to travel from New York to Joburg (2-3 days) - blame SA
customs and the courier companies for that! :-)
