I've got to send my 100-400mm IS out for repair. It's not as sharp as it was and should be and once in a while the manual focus is jammed or at least very stiff. Never dropped and no external damage so I believe it's an internal problem. It's well out of warranty so I'm going to be paying. ($$)
Of the three US repair centers, NJ, IL or CA, where has anyone had fast service and good luck??
