Canon 50mm f/1.4 EF lens off eBay to use as a portrait lens. The lens looks
in excellent shape, but when I shake it gently (off camera), it "rattles".
Is it normal? It is worse at the infinity focus point and tightens up when I
turn the focus ring to it's closest focusing point.
I would say it is normal as I have this lens and mine does the same thing and I have seen other 50mm do the same. Also i have the 28-105 canon lens and it toois loose. Any one else have these problems?
