I got his Kenko Pro300 1.4. I still have my old Kenko MC7 2x and I th ink it's a fine teleconverter too. I use the 1.4x with a piece of tape inside on the 100-400 and it works like a champ. If my camera can keep servo focus on a duck through the weeds, that's working OK. Overall I find most 2x teleconverters just too soft. And most 1.4x are pretty good. The Pro 300 is white so that helps it be better :-) -- Jim Davis, Nature Photography: http://jimdavis.oberro.com/ Motorcycle Relay Kits: http://www.easternbeaver.com/ * **** ******* *********************************************************** * For list instructions, including unsubscribe, see: * http://www.a1.nl/phomepag/markerink/eos_list.htm ***********************************************************
