I've bought a few for the camera end of the cord to make my RF remotes. They work and fit fine. I also own one of their RF remote kits, which is very made, IMHO. The only two negatives I would have:
1) for the release you're looking at, the lock for the release button is a little cheesy. But for a standard remote, it works well. 2) Their RF system is great, but it won't bring the 20D out of sleep mode for some reason. It must be something minor because the Polaroid RF units I've modified for Canon do it just fine. One other suggestion: You can save a bit of postage if you buy from the guy (Tat Man Lau, aka Jeff) in California who is buying them in quantity from the Shanghai factory than buying directly from Xin Chen who sells for the factory on eBay.
