I would think it can also be possible that a collage
of photos shot from different angles was combined
manually or stitched together with software. The
question however is, how was the collage obtained:

1. Camera Suspended in air ?
2. Rotating planar Mirror Suspended in front ?
3. An extended ledge/plank/support which was
"digitally" "cloned out" from the bottom of the
photgraph ?
4. More far fetched: A chopper used for the frontal
photo/collage

The collage part should be true since the shadows
formed by the bars under the child on the right side
wall (almost straight) have a  different angle than
the shadow by the lowest bar on the right side wall
where the couple is standing: so it was shot during
different times in the day. This is more apparent from
the HiRes Quicktime version
