as I mentioned before and someone else agreed the sd200 and sd300 are pretty quick. Continuous mode is probably faster than my 300d was! I started out with a Sony DSC-P1, boy was that slow but you got used to preguesing when to take pictures. I then moved up to a Sony F717 which was a step in the right direction but still a little slow. The SD200 I picked up recently is a whole different ball game speed wise
