A lot, especially after setting the C.Fn. that allows one to activate
setting the AF point with the joystick alone. I just have to remind myself
to set AF point selection back to automatic, otherwise AF will be funny for
quite some time
My only real gripe with the joystick on the 20D is getting the AF points on the "diagonals" to activate. If I try to get, say, the lower left to activate, I'll end up in a sequence like: left, bottom, left, bottom, bottom, bottom, left, lower left. By then, the subject's probably moved on and I no longer need that AF point. *Sigh*
