One more thing - I also have a good condition very heavy duty Bogen tripod 3050 legs (silver) and 3039 head. This isn't like new - I got it used with the lighting stuff I bought. It's way overkill for what I need. It is in very nice condition, but not like new. The bubble level on the legs is no good, but all 3 levels on the head are fine. It has 3 of the quick release hex plates that fit it, along with the 3052 leg extensions installed on the legs. The legs have a unique locking mechanism where you can pull two levers at the top and all three legs unlock to adjust, then when you have it at the height and angle you want, you release them and it locks. Very cool. Together the head and legs weight about 18 lbs.
The 3050 legs are very similar to the current 3051 (058) legs, and the 3039 (229) is still current on manfrotto.com's web site.

This would easily handle any SLR lens or according to bogen up to a 4"x5" medium format camera (I don't have one, so I can't say :-) Both legs and head are rated at 26 lbs
$175 (or best reasonable offer) shipped in 48 states
Will consider selling seperately if I don't sell the entire thing together.
Current new prices at B&H are $267 for the 3051 legs, $45 for the 3052 extensions, $170 for the 3039, and ~$20 each for the 2 extra QR plates - total $522! * **** ******* *********************************************************** * For list instructions, including unsubscribe, see: * http://www.a1.nl/phomepag/markerink/eos_list.htm ***********************************************************
