Today I faced a problem with my Nikon Coolscan IV. I scanned a slide - winter landscape with lots of snow. The result was a scan that was very greenish. I tried some other slides and found out, that most of them have this "colour problem". I use Silverfast as scan software and never had such terrible results. Anyone on this list, who knows a solution to this problem? Is it a hardware fault? Should I take my scanner to the Nikon service? Is there a list on the web which deals with Nikon scanners?
