Hi all:

I was shooting a light scene of NYC last night at M mode (I think I was
using 30" f11 @ ISO 100) on my 20D using my 20-35.  The picture was great I
think. At close inspection on sky, I saw a U shape smudge which is quite
odd. Then I realize that I have seen this same mark at the same position on
a few other shots done during the last few weeks ago. Again, it's against
the sky or uniform bright color. I thought it was the lens. But they were
done on different enses. Any idea what that is? Dust on the CCD?

By the way, I've seen posting about damaging AF pin on the body. Is there
a way to check the condition of the pin? I've been playing around with
Nikon Lens on the 20D.

Thanks you all,

Gary
