Could you give me an idea about how difficult is to get to the socket
behind the button? I saw two screws in the front but it doesn't look
like they are enough to remove the mount.
If it's more than a couple of screws, I think I'll go safe and send it
to the Canon Repair center (but it always takes like 4 weeks to get
the camera back...! )
I wonder if I could step in a Service center and ask on the counter
for such a reparation. I think the nearest here is near to Breda (NL)

Anybody has experience dealing directly with the repair center in Nederland?
