Hi all,

I'm trying to choose between the Tamron 90mm Macro and the Canon 100mm
Macro. Both lenses seem to get great reviews, and the Tamron is about
60% of the price where I live. I'm a little concerned though about
using macro flashes with it. Will a Canon Macro twinlite (the MT-24EX
in particular) fit this lens? And if not, what are my alternatives?

I realise that this flash costs a lot more than the lens. Would I be
better off with a dedicated speedlite and an off-camera shoe adapter?
Or does the twinlite give extra flexibility I might need?

Thanks

David
