Hello, I wonder if anybody on this list uses a LC4 remote control and would share his experience with me?
I ordered this remote control last week, and when it arrived at the weekend, I really was surprised how big and heavy it is. My intention is to use it for shooting a travel reportage for a german mountain magazine. We will be hiking the John Muir Trail in California. As we are only two guys, I thought it would be a good idea to have a remote control, so I can also shoot photos with the two of us. But now, as I saw this big remote control unit, I�m not sure if it will make sense to take it on a trail. Any suggestions or comments about the LC4? Is there any third party brand that is lighter and cheaper? Thanks for your help!
