Michael,
I use a Lastolite Ezybox 60 (cm) with my 550 or 580EX. The
results are an order of magniture better than with smaller flash
modifiers such as the lumiquest line. You can find few samples on my

On the september 2005 issue of EOS Magazine they had a full
article on flash modifiers with comparison shots and recommendations
(with a little help of yours truly :-) :-)
