Marco, I looked at them all and this is a dark place. Not much you can do. The windows and doors when open are fooling the camera metering one reason it is so dark. In another post, David gave you some good advice about using a lower shutter speed for subjects that are not moving. This will help get more ambient light in the image.
You did not mention what the ISO was. I would use 800 where possible. Have you tried using your 50mm F1.8 for some shots? The faster lens may help and the place is large enough where you may get away with it. Where these all made using Program mode? If not what did you use? It may easier to simply use manual. Set the aperture to the widest open and use a shutter speed of 1/30. Slower for stationary subjects. I think this will help. You can try an omnibounce but diffusing light will soften it and you will lose about 1+ stops of flash output.
