Does anyone remember seeing a photo of a Canon (I believe it was an "R") telephoto lens, made for the 1964 Tokyo Olympics. It looked like a cannon that might be mounted on a naval ship. If I recall, it was about 5,700mm focal length. The thing had a pedestal mount and a chair that rotated with the lens. It coupled to the camera body by a little bellows.

I used to have a B&W picture that came from some web-site (not Canon), but I can't find it right now.

I think it was about an f/11 or f/16 catadioptric.
