a quick statistic: in January I got 128 list messages,
of these 58 at least once (including 23 duplicates
and three nine times, average 2.84).
I don't think I've ever had a duplicate from this list. Just so you know.

I often get duplicates, but in the order of one duplicate for every
10 messages.
I also see a lot of posts out of order; sometimes the initial post
will come a day after the replies, but very commonly a couple of
hours.
My messages sometimes appear immediately, but more commonly an hour
or so after I post them and sometimes a lot later.
I'm on a number of other lists, and don't have problematic ISPs, but
this list is the only one with these delay problems.
Let's see how soon this shows up. It's 8:50am here.
