My "connection" is Calumet. I live in a small town, and the nearest camera stores (about 80 miles away) haven't struck me as being the most reputable in recent years. But I've been buying stuff from Calumet for years. They are more expensive than B&H, but far nicer to deal with (which makes up for it in my mind). The Calumet people are friendly and willing to answer questions. They never make you feel rushed to get off the phone.
