My OLD connection was Reed's Cameras in Walnut Creek, CA.... been around since 
1949, and I had
been shopping with them since '76. The son decided it just wasn't worth keeping 
it alive anymore.
Too bad, they were great people. Even after I moved north to Washington, I 
still did business with
them. The closest I have here is Seattle (130 miles) and I fear that I'm just 
one of the faceless
hordes when I walk in there; they just don't deal with me. I'll keep Calumet in 
mind; I'm mostly
online and onphone these days.... a welcome recommendation! Thanks a lot.
