You need a new phenolic mount. In order to pull off the metal mount you have to remove the two little sunken screws on the side of the bayonet mount and loosen the contact set. After this you can pull off the rear mask. I think it snaps off but I don't remember anymore. Anyway, once you have pulled it off you can then remove the mount and the rest is straightfoward.
