Do yourself a humungous favour and go buy a 1DmarkII or markIIn, or even
a markIII if you can afford it. If you can't, try for a used 1DmarkII -
the difference in focus ability between the 1D series and anything else
is like chalk and cheese. I went from a D60 to a 1DmarkII and once I
found out what I had been missing, I slapped myself in the face. It's
that good.
