It seems that there's been an interest in simplifying .spec files that are
shared between EPEL and Fedora. One thing that I just became familiar with
is how clunky the Python 3 macros are in EPEL [1]. Is there anything that
could be done in EPEL to make the Python 3 macros be usable without
requiring %{python3_pkgversion}?
