Quantum physics has discovered and described a large
amount of particles. All those that I know were postulated
and experimentally discovered as quanta of EM, weak or
strong field. Gravitons were not yet confirmed
to the weakness of gravity, which would require stronger
accelerators than those constructed so far.
I never heard of a particle postulated and discovered by
"field free" approach such as that of the Schroedinger
wave equation.
If somebody knows any of those, I would be grateful for
description or a link to one.
Georges.
