This is the kind of idea which focus in the 'I" part of the cogito,
which is took for granted.
Instead of asking which in the end is awareness, besides a word of
course (I doubt it is something beyond that), you wonder if electrons
are "conscious"
In other words to allocate conscious to any given phenomenon is
because of your focus in the "I" part, or the soul, or the awareness,
or any other instance which only lives in language.
"I" rather prefer to hear "Not me thinks, I believe"
Absolute values like God, Conscious, Eternity, and many others point
to one object only: "I"
Believing in their existence is an act of narcissism/self love/
delusion
