Weird - do you have multiple pipes/node? Any special pixel format?

That's reliability at work - it will keep running with the resources which 
work, i.e., none. ;)

The code in question is the SystemWindow::choosePixelFormat.. I would starting 
poking around in there to see why it fails randomly, or even try to extract a 
small reproducer for nVidia(?). Have you googled this?
