The access permissions have been fixed for the equinox incubator repository. Please try accessing with anonymous again. It works for me now.

You are doing nothing wrong. The permissions on many of the folders in the
incubator are incorrect. See
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=258483. Hopefully the
foundation can clear this up soon. Thanks for point this out.

Hi Tom,
Riena uses the extended equinox.log (incubator) which now has also been
moved to RT.
After this move we can no longer access it with pserver (anonymous):
Error dialog:
Error fetching resource list from repository
Reason: compendium: Folder org.eclipse.equinox/incubator/compendium does
not exist remotely or you do not have permission to access it.
What are we doing wrong?
