This is not true. I am running the latest version (Version 11) of eSignal with MetaStock Version 11. I think it is more a case of Equis removing a a competitor.
Data export was removed in Version 11 of eSignal but Version 10 can run on the same computer if export is required. It doesn't effect me in any event as I use QCollector to pull the historic data off eSignal. Real time works directly with eSignal 11 just fine.
