Anybody else here get Linux Journal? It has a feature this month
on GPSDrive, a free, open source package that interfaces to GPS's
and provides maps. Between the FAA aviation data CD-ROM and
topo maps and GPSDrive, an interesting home-built navigation system
might be doable.
