I've never actually been in a Cardinal, but I've heard the same thing from a number of people. It sure looks entry friendly. Though for folks in wheelchairs it, too, has a fairly significant lift to reach the seats. There are hoist available, that can be permanently mounted in the plane, that will do the lifting, but I don't much about them.
