Small caveat to the med interpretation which is probably understood, in most states when you apply for a license you are required to answer a number of questions on the application such as have you ever passed out or had seizures and other similar questions.
The FAA assumes that you have answered these questions honestly. I'm not sure how they will enforce this, however, if you did not answer the questions honestly, you don't have an OK to fly.
