Just a quick note in regard to the addition of wheel pants. I have a 1966 Alon with spring gear. I did not have wheel pants on it when I purchased this aircraft. The first of the year I added wheel pants. I have picked up a solid 5 miles per hour. I think it is well worth the effort. Our coupes are not to clean aerodynamically, so they need all the help than can get to slide thru the air. N5698F Ted Reusch
