Stephen,
As you can see below, your message came through somewhat garbled. Both messages were similar.
Based on the one readable sentence, you seem to be saying your 415-C was converted to be a 415-C/D.
May I please quibble. There is no such thing as a 415-C/D. There's a
415-C (1260 lb. gross weight, 13° up travel)
415-CD (1260 lb. gross weight, 13° up travel)
415-D (1400 lb. gross weight, 9° up travel, lands about 5 mph faster)
You might want to see if the A&P bungled your paperwork. If you made the conversion, it should say in the paperwork and on the airplane's dataplate 415-D. The type certificate A-787 says you can convert a 415-C to be a 415-D and gives requirements for the conversion. To convert it to be a 415-CD is not allowed and would be meaningless since you would gain nothing by the change.

N3330H ( I own a 415-C , which had been factory converted to a 415-C/D and someone added the E elevator in the nineties, which I am very thankful for)
