Of course this begs the question of why your pilot wasn't fired. After
all, 
if there was enough water in the
tanks such that the engine kept quitting on take-off, then it should have 
appeared when the sumps were
drained on pre-flight. I guess they might claim that wrinkles in the fuel 
bladders were keeping it out of
the sumps...yeah, that's the ticket.
