Correct, none of the Garmins do.

Something other than Garmin.  The Garmins are nice
units, but other brands have terrain and/or obstacle
info, which sure would be great to have.  I don't see
why Garmin won't at least put on the Minimum Elevation
Figures from the sectionals.

I don't agree.  All the 295 does is give you a compass
heading and distance to the nearest Taco Bell, Motel
6, or whatever address you punch in.  Not too useful
at all when you're driving along at 50mph down a busy
street and come to an intersection: gee, should I turn
left, or go straight??  It's outright dangerous to be
trying to figure this out when driving.  Sure, a
compass direction is better than nothing, but try for
instance the Hertz GPS navigation system sometime...it
gives spoken, turn-by-turn directions, a tremendous
benefit.
