Hi gang,
I was contacted again by a representative of Nuvite Chemical Corporation today. He said Nuvite would like to polish an Ercoupe, Forney or Alon in their booth at AirVenture Oshkosh this year. They need one that is totally unpolished and can stay there for the entire week. Even if you have a painted Ercoupe and have always wanted a polished one, but were afraid of all of the work involved in polishing it, you could just strip the paint off, put temporary N numbers on it, and bring it to Oshkosh. If you have such an animal, and are willing to let them polish it up so it looks like a mirror (for free) contact me as soon as possible. By the way, maintaining the beauty of the polish job is not that bad, once the initial polishing is done for you. I only repolish twice a year.
