First prepare to loose 5 mph airspeed! That's 5% at 100 mph at $4 per gal. 5 gal per hour, that would be $1 per hour just to have them in the gear leg. I think they look great but in the 400 plus hours in the past 3 years, taking them off has saved me $400. Put them in the wing if you can.
