Ok Scott from NE,
Now you have my attention with the $96 hangar rental! Now, about a 2000 sq. ft.
house for $150,000! I 'll put in a pool and throw some sand around it for
Donna. Maybe it's not really that cold there after all.

Gee Wiz, Don and Geneda, what can I say? You see in every society there
is always going to be a few "Pansies" who don't want to dress in 5 or 6 layers
of
clothing to endure what little chill that we experience here in the Upper
Plains States
through the winter months. They want to play golf during that time, too, and
Black golf balls are not all that common. OR, they have huge gas or diesel
guzzling pickups to pull giant playhouses around with. And probably icy roads
are not the ideal for that.

You know, come to think about it........Texas or Florida might not be all that
bad!!!!!
..........and if I could afford to leave all of my responsibilities behind, i
might try
it sometime.

PS My hangar rent is $96 a month WITH an electric door

An interesting proposal, but if it is so nice, why is the Rio Grande Valley so
full of NE people in the winter?
Most do enjoy flying all winter, and picking oranges and grapefruit from their
yard though as they smell the magnolias in bloom. :-)
