Here's a picture of the scale. Print it out full size check the size to insure the holes line up to the screw holes in the magneto, and cut out a piece of aluminum to the same shape. Glue the scale to the aluminum and you have a timing scale. Check it with a protractor to insure you didn't get any distortion on the copy process and you have a tool. I'll try putting a pointer on the scanner a bit later so you can see how that's made. The pointer is easily constructed.
