Hi All-

The 5 amp circuit breaker in my Forney that protects the interior lights -
the map and hat lights - will reliably pop within a few minutes after I
turn
either (or both) of those lights. I had my mechanic look at it, and he
said:

1. He couldn't find any wiring problems,
2. This 5A breaker also protects the nav lights, which represent a load of
about 8 amps (not including the interior lights)!

A 5A breaker protecting an 8A+ load seems a little dodgy, but I'm not
entirely comfortable just dropping in a higher-current breaker either.

Can anybody out there tell me if this is the normal wiring arrangement
(nav
lights and interior lights on the same breaker) and, if so, what the
breaker's current rating should be?

Thanks much.
