Hello Coupers, well I have completed my spar inspections. We used the inspection hole method, as this method does not require the use of the expensive borescope. I decided to go this route so we could more easily reinspect every year at annual. We found no corrosion on my '67 Alon A2-A. I seemed to recall some earlier objections to using this method, but my A&P and I could not see why this method would not be alright to do.
