I have rebuilt the nose strut on my Mooney M-10 with all new busings, O-rings, and hardware from Univair. My question is this: the service manual says to refill the strut, allow it to extend fully, and fill with 1-1/2 pints of fluid. My strut has the travel restricting cable, is "fully extended" with or without the cable ?
